- Collaborate with Customers, Account Managers, Developers, Project managers, and business analysts in conceptualizing, designing, and developing new applications, modules, and enhancements
- Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans and schedules
- Prepare and distribute work assignments, provide guidance, and/or review the work of offshore development team members
- Implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at a high level to meet the service levels associated with mission-critical solutions
- Create, build, train, and scale a team for success
- Deliver high-quality solutions to business owners to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
- Should be open to learning new skills and technology as required by the Organization to meet and adapt to changing business requirements
- Should give need basic technical consultation to other teams within the Organization
- Lead a team of developers through the development process by implementing best practices as mandated by customer organization or industry equivalent standards
- Familiarity with AGILE/Scrum development process and should lead a Scrum team.
