No. You choose per title — an author-led course with them on camera, or an author-optional course delivered by a vetted Starweaver Prime SME, faithful to the book and your brand. Of course, if an author wants to be involved, or you do as well, this is part of the process.
Depends on the commercial model you choose. Under Fixed Fee, you own it outright. Under Advance + Royalties or Royalties Only, IP and revenue are shared per the agreement, and the IP is a derivative work. 100% negotiable.
A standard business or technical title runs 5–7 weeks per production pod. Multiple pods run in parallel, so a full catalog converts far faster than one-at-a-time.
Yes. Any converted title can be delivered as a standalone course, or rebuilt as a guided Journeybuilder Journey with adaptive pacing and the Ascend voice coach included.
